Customer Support? Doesnt Work w/ Salesforce

I paid $20 for this app purely so I can integrate it with salesforce and have a dashboard to the information I need. When trying to connect with salesforce, I continuously get an error saying "we cannot connect to the salesforce API".

I have emailed the customer support and sent a couple of tweets at Cynapse asking for help or to please issue me a refund. Ive had no response so far.

Im voting this as 1 star purely based on my experience. It may work great with other services, but it doesnt with salesforce, which is why I bought it.
